Adrienne Dalton is a founding leader of Te Whāngai Trust and an experienced director with a long record of community and infrastructure service.
Her governance work encompasses organisations that prioritise social value, connectivity and sustainable community outcomes.
Adrienne combines hands-on leadership rooted in Te Whāngai’s kaupapa with governance insight that supports the Trust’s mission to integrate environmental delivery and social regeneration. She was honoured as a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to contribution and youth.
Gary Dalton
Co-Founder
Gary Dalton is a founding leader of Te Whāngai Trust whose leadership helped establish the Trust’s vision of linking environmental stewardship with social pathways.
With a background in community engagement and practical delivery of programme outcomes, Gary brings deep organisational knowledge and lived experience of Te Whāngai’s kaupapa.
His focus remains on strengthening pathways for rangatahi and community participants through meaningful, purpose-driven work opportunities within the Trust’s initiatives.
